Are you feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn for help? At NeighbourLink Parkland, we understand the challenges that arise when traditional supports fall short. We exist to provide compassionate assistance to individuals and families who may not have access to government resources and have exhausted other avenues of support.
We take the time to understand each person’s unique circumstances and provide direct support tailored to their needs. Assistance may include delivery of food hampers, essential household and personal care items from our Help Closet, gently used furniture or financial assistance when applicable. No matter the situation, we are committed to responding with compassion, dignity and practical care, offering meaningful support to help individuals and families navigate difficult circumstances and move toward greater stability.

Our Furniture Program collects & distributes donated furniture, helping individuals and families access essential household items to start over.

Referral Assistance means helping people make the right connections to get the help they need when they need it.

Our Help Closet provides basic necessities to those in urgent need including toiletries, hygiene products, clothing or emergency food.

Our seasonal support programs help our neighbours during key times of the year, including Back to School and Christmas.

Financial Assistance requests are assessed & temporary financial assistance, not provided by other government agencies, may be provided to assist with urgent needs.

While we are not accepting new applications for volunteers right now, we encourage you to check back in the future.
