Are you feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn for help? At NeighbourLink Parkland, we understand the challenges that arise when traditional supports fall short. We exist to provide compassionate assistance to individuals and families who may not have access to government resources and have exhausted other avenues of support.
We take the time to assess each unique situation, offering various assistance. Our services may include financial support, food hamper delivery, essential items from our Help Closet, and gently used furniture. Regardless of your circumstances, we are committed to providing attentive support and addressing a diverse range of needs with professionalism and compassion.
We have a storage unit of used furniture provided by generous donors that is available to those who need it.
Our Keep In Touch Program connects the people in our community with each other through a weekly telephone support system.
Referral Assistance means helping people make the right connections to get the help they need when they need it.
Through our volunteers, assistance may be provided to seniors and those in need to deliver food bank hampers or Help Closet necessities.
Our Help Closet provides basic necessities to those in urgent need including toiletries, hygiene products, clothing or emergency food.
Financial Assistance requests are assessed and temporary financial assistance, not provided by other government agencies, may be provided to assist with urgent needs.
